Trail Balance Report Ends In Error (Doc ID 2249441.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When running the Trial Balance Report,
the following error is displayed in the log file

ERROR
dummy file is deleted
================ BIPJobExecutable is running in async mode. ============
================ Please check the ess status for more detail info. ============

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to Scheduled Processes
2. submit the Trial Balance Report
3. check the log file that it completes in error.
