When attempting to log on P6 Professional, the following error occurs:
The database has not been configured to run background jobs. To correct the problem, please contact your System Administrator or see the Administrator's Guide: Last System Monitor Job Run: DATE and Time
The data monitor job has been running successfully, however the System Monitor Job is stuck in a running state for an extended period of time.
