Symptoms
While using the Journal Import Template (FBDI) to generate the csv file when there are records over 100,000, Excel takes too long or shows Not Responding.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Download the Journal Import Template from Oracle Enterprise Repository (OER)
2. Enter required fields in the GL_INTERFACE tab exceeding 100,000 rows.
3. The Excel macros run for a long time and may also show (Not Responding) in the title bar
