Unable to back out LE for employee
It is required to correct benefits for person #, but the system is giving error while backing out the LE.
The message is ORA-20001: The participant must be enrolled in a a valid plan before designating a beneficiary. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.BEN_BACK_OUT_LIFE_EVENT", line 2281 ORA-06512: at line 1.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Benefits > Enrollment
2. Search for employee
3. Select Person Life Event task
4. Select Admin Event which shows 'started' in the 'Life Events' tab
5. Select Back out from actions menu
6. Select Voided
7. Receive error.
