Accounting Execution Fails because of Charge Account Blank on PO (Doc ID 2253477.1)

Goal

While running the create accounting for cost transactions, customer is facing the following error:

Event class
PO Delivery
into Inventory
Event type
PO Delivery into Inventory

Subledger Accounting was unable to retrieve a value for the accounting flexfield account rule
 Cause: GL account cannot be derived by account rule.
 Action: Review the account rule definition and the extract source values, if applicable, for the event and make sure a valid GL account can be derived for the subledger journal entry.

Research showed that the issue is caused by several purchase order transactions, for which the PO Charge Account , PO Variance Account ,PO Accrual Account are all empty.
