User Cannot View Details In BI Report For A Particular Participant (Doc ID 2253714.1)

Symptoms

A specific user / participant cannot view details for the Commission Details BI Report.
However, the admin user can see all of this participant in the same report. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The participant should see her own data.

STEPS
Login in as the specific user and run the report
