Symptoms
Certain Users are unable to generate Salesforce (SFDC) tokens from CPQ Cloud. Any attempt to generate a token with these users throws this error:
Error sending message to endpoint https://test.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/token.
This issue may also present itself in a different way when attempting to generate a token from the SFDC end by creating a CPQ Cloud quote from SFDC. In this case, the user attempting to create the quote is thrown to the CPQ Cloud login screen rather than the quote page.
