Goal

While copying the Load Batch From File payroll flow as part of PBL Automation and followed all steps provided on the Oracle Document (<Note 2014778.1>). However, on Item #11 of Section 1.3, cannot set the value for the required Parameter Usage to Output Parameter. How to set Parameter Usage to Output Parameter on release 12?
