What does Draft Mode accomplish for report Send Dunning Letters
I need to know when running the report Send Dunning Letters, what the parameter for Draft Mode = Yes accomplishes. If report is run in draft, will letters still be emailed out?
Also need to find out what the Email parameter does. Dunning letters are already being emailed out through the contact setup on the customer record. What will entering an additional email in this parameter do?
