Symptoms

When attempting to delete an item using a delete group, the following error occurs.

You cannot delete this item because completed inventory transactions exist for this item.

 -- Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

1. Go to Product Information Management
2. Manage Delete Groups -> Create New Delete Group
3. Go to Actions -> Select and Add
4. Add Item to created Delete Group
5. Save
6. Submit
7. Error Occurs
