You are unable to search All Histories Reports in BI. Only a user which has BI Administrator role is able to perform this action. You do not want to give Bi Administrator role to the users in order to be able to perform this task, hence you need details on how to create a custom version of the above to give specific permissions to the custom BI Administrator role.
