Goal

Benefits Complete All action item for 1 Certification.

Is there a way that after the HR validate the document to complete the action item, HR will only out to 1 plan that has require documentation and all other plan with the same requirement will no longer be suspended?.

Currently, the HR need to put all receive date to all plans.

Example: if there are 5 plans that require marriage certificate and if the employee will put the receive date, the HR need to put all 5 plans with receive date which is not good on the HR perspective.
