Positive Pay File job fails with following error in ESS log:

oracle.apps.financials.payments.sharedSetup.transmissions.publicModel.util.SecureFTPPutFunction::sending file

oracle.apps.financials.payments.sharedSetup.transmissions.publicModel.util.SecureFTPPutFunction::oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.ssh2.SshException: Exception in authenticating
