Symptoms

You've launched a Chrome browser, logged into Planning And Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) Workspace and run an FR report. You click the "Export In Query-Ready Mode" link, but Excel does not fully load. You see the errors "Problem loading page" and "You might need to install other software to open this address."
