After Modifying Plan Document Task Workflow, Users Started Seeing APPROVE Action on the Worklist. This Action Did Not Update the Approval Status. (Doc ID 2264445.1)

Symptoms

We are seeing an additional APPROVE action available to Participants when they click on 'Action Request: Compensation Plan Document Available'.

Following are the actions available
1) Approve : When Participant clicks on this option, the task gets completed but the Plan Document does not get accepted and Participant does not have any further option to Accept the Plan.
                   This action should not be available to the Participant, and this is not working as intended. We are not even able to withdraw the plan document
2) Reject   : The plan document gets rejected. This is working as intended.
3) Accept   : The plan document gets approved. This is working as intended.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The Approve option should not exists for the participant.  It should only exists for the managers approvals.

STEPS
1. Submit plan approval
2. Participant click on the notification in the worklist and see the additional option.

Changes

User had modify the workflow task notification for plan document.
