Error: "TCVirtualTable.ExistInDB: table=User Session), Sql=() Exception=(Stream Read Error)" When Using the P6 Professional Client for Cloud Connect (Doc ID 2266266.1)

Symptoms

When logged into the P6 Professional Client for Cloud Connect the following error is observed:

"TCVirtualTable.ExistInDB: table=User Session), sql=() Exception=(Stream read error). "

followed by:

"Your user session has expired. Please talk to your administrator about changing your timeout settings"

followed by:

"You have lost the access to database. Please restart the application"

followed by:

"TCVirtualTable.ExistInDB: table=User Session), sql=() Exception=(Stream readerror), sql (Select wbs_id from projwbs WHERE wbs_id=xxxxxx "

Followed by:

"WBS 'UT_PROJECT' was deleted by another user"

STEPS TO DUPLICATE:

  1. Log-in to P6 Professional for Cloud Connect
  2. Wait for period of time
  3. Observe errors
