Symptoms

ISSUE CLARIFICATION

On 11.1.11.1.0
After running ESS job 'Discard Customer Contracts' , the contracts are not picked up.
The contract is still there after running Discard Contracts

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The already identified contracts should be discarded after running 'Discard Customer Contracts'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the ESS job 'Discard Customer Contracts'
2. Enter following parameters:
 From Contract Number 7078
 To Contract Number 7078
3. The contract is still there after running Discard Contracts

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Discard Customer Contracts
