Symptoms

A error is reported when creating an order revision, the error is reported when the line is scheduled

Order Promising did not schedule one or more fulfillment lines in the group. Evaluate the error, and resubmit the request.(DOO-2685017)


NOTE: The Order Promising error reported is a generic error and may reported for under a number of different conditions. This note describes the error when the line item is defined with the - Ship Model Complete (SMC) - attribute set to N.

The issue can be reproduced by executing the following steps:
1. Create a Revision to an existing order
2. Make changes to the order
3. Submit the revision
4. The error is raised by Scheduling task
