Customer "Bill-to" Search Filed Shows Empty Data when creating transactions (Doc ID 2270772.1)

Goal

In Receivables , when I create a new transaction in "Create Transaction", the "Bill-to" Name shows empty data, even though I can see them in "Manage Customers".
Am I missing a step ?
