Symptoms
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas
Manage Territory geography Processes Blocked Status
Trying to remove one of the territories"Switzerland" from Zones Hierarchies "US".
On selecting and click on delete button, The territories not deleting because the process goes into blocked Status.
Job Status Information shows : Process is blocked by one or more incompatible processes
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to manage territory geography
Select US zone
Under that select : Switzerland
And delete.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete geography under Zone
