Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Manage Benefits

When attempting to add contact via benefit self service
the following error occurs.

Error : java.NullPointer Exception

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. About me-> benefit-> try to add contact

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to add the contact via benefit self service
