Federation SSO Is Not Working (Doc ID 2272200.1)

Symptoms

SSO is failing for identity federation when an ADF application deployed on Java Cloud Service SaaS Extension(JCS-SX) is accessed from Oracle FA SaaS Supply Chain Management (SCM) 
While accessing the ADF  landing page, it gets the following error occurs.

 

Changes

JCS-SX upgrade was done which also upgraded the ADF version.
