Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Expenses

Expenses Preferences
In the instance that has been upgraded to R12 the Expenses preferences have disappeared.
When the user selects Settings and Actions > Set Preferences > Expenses Preferences a blank form is displayed
