Journal Approval Rule Will Reject Journal When Account Detail DFF Value Is Not = To Account (Doc ID 2274392.1)

Goal

Customer have already created journal approval rule to restrict user to select an Account Detail from the drop down that is different than the Account identified in the Journal Entry and if Account detail is not equal to account identified in journal entry then journal gets rejected automatically. However rule is rejecting journal which has the same account details as account identified in journal entry.
How to correct this Journal Approval Rule created in Advanced Mode?
