E2B Check Occurs Error Code 12031 (Doc ID 2276090.1)

Symptoms

When E2b Check executed, error code 12031 is displayed.

Argus Safety Error Log does not record anything.

When the symptom occurred, the error was occurring on only one case which has hundreds number of Lab Data on the case.
