Export Journals to Excel in Manage Journals Error: Gateway Timeout For Journals with More than 500 Lines

When exporting journal lines to Excel from Manage Journals page, the error prompts below
The proxy server did not receive a timely response form the upstream server.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Journals Page > Search for Journals
2. Click on Journal Lines and click the Export to Excel icon
3. Users get the error above if the journal lines exceeds 2,200.
