Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Manage Orders

Return Order not getting created via FBDI template.

How to create Return Sales Order without original order reference through FBDI process and getting the below error while processing the RMA Order.

Order XXXXXX will not be imported due to the following error: The original order line that the following return line references does not exist: source order XXXXXX, source order line 1, source order schedule 1. Make sure this return line references an original order line that exists, and then resubmit the order..

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. prepare data in order import template
2. click on generate CSV file and place zip file in UCM server
3. run Load Interface File for Import process.

Due to this issue, users cannot create return order through FBDI
