On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Inventory

Created By Information Not Appear On Review Completed Transaction

'Created By' Information does not appear On Review Completed Transaction. After creating all inventory transaction like SubInventory transfer, Misc Transaction and InterOrganization Transfer, user is unable find the 'created by' field on Review Completed Transaction on Inventory. How can I get the information of "Created By" or the creator of the transaction?
