ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Run period close exceptions program for cost period in open status. see the cogs recognition pending exceptions falsely reported
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
expect no cogs penidng since all is processed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. close cost period
2. see cogs transactions pending with validation failure
3. Check distributions and see that cogs is already successfuly recognised and costed
