Goal
Explain how a new customer can receive a copy of the Oracle Taleo Welcome letter that is usually sent automatically when a new zone and the first administrator user account are created for them.
This letter contains a link to the zone, useful information about Oracle Taleo as well as the credentials to access the first administrator account in the Taleo zone. This user can then be used to create other user accounts and start configuring the zone.
