Symptoms
Groovy script is not working when clicked on 'Save and Close' button.
Reproducible Steps
1. Log into Fusion Applications( Engagement Cloud)
2. Go to team member of service request based on organization
3. Write a groovy script to set a custom field
4. Save and Close
5. Do not see any value in custom field. Value is not populated for the custom field
Due to this issue, users cannot see any value in custom field
