Document Designer Table of Contents Style Does Not Reflect Settings When Output is Set to DOCX (Doc ID 2288352.1)

In document designer, users are able to change the look of the table of contents and Headings by using different Fonts or Styling.

When the document is output to a DOCX format however, the Font and Styling changes are not shown.
