R12 Mobile - Accessing Account Details Page Crashes/Logs Off User, ZCX_READ Privileges Missing (Doc ID 2288575.1)

Goal

Accessing customized Account details page throws error and logs off the user.

Note: This was also encountered on other objects when accessing Detail Layout on mobile device.


Steps to Replicate issue:
1. Login to Oracle CX Mobile Cloud app
2. Navigate to Accounts (or another object)
3. Tap on any of the Accounts listed to get to the details page, in other cases attempt to create a new record
4. Pages flashes an error and the app crashes
