Symptoms
On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Capture Transactions-Define Allocations and Period Entries
When validating an allocation formula from calculation manager, the user is getting error below

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Calculation Manager create a variable that contains dashes and ranges
2. Create an allocation rule that uses the variable defined.
3. Validate the allocation rule
