General Ledger Account Details Report Out Put Not Showing Beginning And Ending Balances (Doc ID 2289812.1)

Goal

1. Why are the General Ledger Account Details report Out put not showing Beginning and Ending Balances for some accounts comparing with the Trial Balance ?
2. The balances for some accounts do not match between both Reports.
3. Some Account Combinations  that do have initial and final balance but no account activity are not listed in the General Ledger Account Details Report. Why? This is the expected behavior. There is a report that also list accounts with no period activity General Ledger Journal and Balance Report.
