Symptoms
When Company drug's JDrug code is 7 digits, validation error "Missing Mandatory Elements" shows up and cannot open a draft E2B.
HOW TO REPEAT:
1) Define a product and license on Argus Console with 7 digits jdrug code.
2) Create a new case using the console product.
3) Enter data for E2B to the case.
4) Click Draft link at regulatory reports tab.
