Symptoms

The Standard E-Offer (Recruiting) displays the Esignature IP address automatically in EOffer letter portion of PDF along with candidate's name, decision and date and time of decision. 

But the Advanced E-Offer cover letter PDF (Onboarding (Transitions)) does not display the IP address.
