Errors Encountered when Creating a Trading Partner Relationship using FBDI Import (Doc ID 2291600.1)

Symptoms

On Fusion Product Hub Cloud Service : 11.12.1.0.0
When attempting to create a Trading Partner Relationship via FBDI, the following errors occurs.

-- Errors
ITEMXXXX(ORGXXXX) :
  ITEMXXXX : SUPPLIER_ITEM_XREF : 40709-02 : , null - One of the values entered for Trading Partner Item Number, Trading Partner Number or Trading Partner Item Identifier is invalid.
  null, CONTEXT_CODE - You must provide a value for the attribute group that is associated at the item supplier address level.
  null, CONTEXT_CODE - You must provide a value for the attribute group that is associated at the item supplier address level.
  null, null - The values specified for Trading Partner Type, Trading Partner Item Number or Trading Partner Number are invalid.

Expect to be able to successfully create Trading Partner Relationships via FBDI Import

 -- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Populate data in the following tabs of the Item Import Template
  a. EGP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE
  b. EGP_ITEM_RELATIONSHIPS_INTF
  c. EGO_ITEM_SUPPLIER_INTF_EFF_B
  d. EGO_ITEM_SUPPLIER_INTF_EFF_TL
  e. EGP_TRADING_PARTNER_ITEMS_INTF
2. Generate CSV File
3. Upload File to UCM
4. Run Load Interface File for Import Process
5. Run Item Import Process -> Error Occurs

Due to this issue, users cannot create Trading Partner Relationships via FBDI Import
