On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Procurement

Line Type 'Goods' is defaulted for BPA when it is created from a contract

When I create a BPA from a contract with a contract line type Free Form, the BPA line is defaulted as Line Type 'Goods' instead of services.

Please explain how this works.
