Unable to create items from copy

An application error occurred when create item. Please bounce ProductManagementServer.
Error message:

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 27, Server Domain: SCMDomain, Server Instance: ProductManagementServer_1, Application Name: ProductManagementApp.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PIM
2. Choose Create Items from task list
1.Navigator>Product Management>Product Management
2.Select the task-Create Item
select-create from copy
select-Copy Attributes and Then Apply Templates
select Relationships-Organizations、Categories
Click OK

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create items from copy.
