Values should be listed under item class LOV
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Product Information Management
2. Create Item
3. Choose organization name and then while selecting item class LOV is empty
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot create item
