Symptoms

Unable to perform RTV due to Available to reserve quantity 0

There are no reservations in inventory and the material status in subinventory FG is Active which will not restrict reservations.

1 In the Organization V1, for the source subinventory FG the item "ABCDEF" availability is :

Total on hand 20
Available to Transact is 0
Available to Reserve is 0

2. In Manage Reservation and picks there are no reservations for the item. The search was on "Reservation and Picks, organization V1, Item number

3) Manage Item Quantities > Item availability for "" in organization

Total on hand 20
Available to Transact is 0
Available to Reserve is 0

4) expect to see available to transact/reserve as 20
