Compensation: Act As Proxy manager search by Person Number

Symptoms
After upgrading to R12, when Comp Administrator navigates to Act As Proxy and searches for a manager by person number the system returns a long list of managers but not the actual Manager with the Person Number. Searching by Person Name works as expected.
