Symptoms

When customer tried to grant Primavera Unifier Stage authorization to Partner Company's User, it failed with error.

The environment customer is trying to grant permission to is: Primavera Unifier Stage, this is based on customer's settings.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Cloud Admin Tool
2. Try to grant Primavera Unifier Stage authorization to Partner Company's User
3. Submit the request
4. Error received.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add partner user to customer's cloud environment.
