Taxable amount does not match line total for Autoinvoice

I am creating invoices through autoinvoice template with manual tax line (line type 'TAX'). However the invoice 'taxable amount' under the Tax section, the amount is not equal to the taxable amount.
Why is there a discrepancy? I want the line total and taxable amount to be equal. How can this be achieved using manual tax line?

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Taxable amount on line should be equal to total taxable amount.
