Shipment Status Stuck At "Secure Resources Tender Response Open" After Manual Award Of Spot Bid Tender (Doc ID 2295763.1)

Symptoms

Spot Bid Tender process is performed and the bid is manually awarded to a service provider after both service provider enter their respective bids
It is seen that Shipment correctly displays the updated service provider and bid value, but shipment status is still showing "Secure Resources Tender Response Open" and not secure resources tendered
Also the tender for the awarded service provider is shown as withdrawn

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

01. Order is created and Shipment built with a dummy service provider
02. Action>>Open Tender>>Spot Bid is performed and 2 Service Providers are selected
03. Bids are submitted to both
03. Then they login as planned and manually award the bid to one of them
04. Shipment correctly displays the updated service provider and bid value, but shipment status is still showing "Secure Resources Tender Response Open" and not secure resources tendered
05. Also the tender for the awarded service provider is shown as withdrawn
