Symptoms

Unable to process life event after global transfer

When processing a life event for person XXXXXX after the employee's second global transfer, we are receiving the following error: "This person cannot be processed. (BEN-990409). This person might be a contingent worker, or might not have an employee or a benefits nonworker assignment. Contact the benefits representative to review the human resources data."

We have successfully refreshed the benefits relationship; however, now two DFLT benefits relationships are showing. One of which has the life event attached and the other is blank. We have an existing SR open for another client who is experiencing the same error.
