Relocating a Service Entitlement to Another Identity Domain (Doc ID 2296395.1)

Purpose

Some times there is a need to have the PaaS and SaaS services are in the same Identity (ID) domain. So this reference document explains how to relocate a service from one ID Domain to another ID Domain by using the Oracle Cloud My Account dashboard Console

 

Scope

Relocate the JCS-SaaS Extension instance by using the Oracle Cloud Console.

Before You Begin

Before you relocate a service instance, ensure that the target identity domain (that is, the identity domain to which you are moving the service instance):

  • Is provisioned as part the same customer account ID.

  • Resides in the same data center as the source identity domain.

In order to perform the relocate service operation, you will need Admin Permissions for Cloud My Account and My Services under cloud.oracle.com
