Symptoms

When attempting to run the ETL Process, an error similar to the following occurs:

staretl [INFO] (Message) - ERROR at line 1:
staretl [INFO] (Message) - ORA-12899: value too large for column "STARUSER"."W_UNIFIER_EPS_HIERARCHY_DS"."EPS_NAME" (actual: 117,  maximum: 100)
staretl [INFO] (Message) - ORA-06512: at  "STARUSER.EXTRACT2STAGING", line 141
staretl [INFO] (Message) - ORA-06512: at line 4

The reported column name and actual/maximum sizes can vary, and the error may occur for multiple columns.
