ERROR: "Fault string: No response from the Secure Global Desktop Client" Causing No P6 Professional Login Box When Accessing Through Primavera Virtual Desktop

When launching P6 Professional through Secure Global Desktop (SGD) the following error comes up:

Fault string: No response from the Secure Global Desktop Client

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User logs in to
2. Clicks on Primavera Virtual Desktop
3. Reaches the SGD webtop page
4. Clicks on P6 Professional
5. Accept the warning message
